According to reports, Thurston, who recently married comedian Jeff Arcuri, shared photos from her wedding ceremony. A former suitor from her 2021 season, Cody Menk, commented on one of the photos, writing, “Good couple! Both solid 5s,” followed by a laughing emoji. In a subsequent Instagram Story, Thurston posted a screenshot of the comment, censoring Menk’s name but adding a retort: “Remember this guy from my season? Me either. But he’s still here lurking on my page. Thanks for being a fan.”
The wedding, which took place in March, was moved up by Thurston and Arcuri following Thurston’s stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis. Thurston has been open about her health journey, and the couple’s decision to marry earlier than planned was influenced by the diagnosis.
