According to a report by CCTV News, on the 9th, Israel’s Security Agency released photos of its special operations command center, documenting the entire process of the Israeli Air Force’s strike against Hamas’s senior leadership in Doha, Qatar.
This joint operation, codenamed “Operation Summit of Fire,” was carried out by the Israel Defense Forces and the Security Agency, targeting the political and military command core of Hamas. During the operation, several senior officials, including Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Katz, and the acting head of the Security Agency, were present at the command center to coordinate.
On the same day, Israeli Army Radio revealed that Israel’s operation to eliminate Hamas’s leadership had been planned for several months. Recently, as Israel determined that Hamas had taken a hardline stance in negotiations, the Israeli side decided to accelerate combat deployment. The Israel Defense Forces holds operational readiness meetings weekly to ensure full coordination between intelligence agencies and combat units. The airstrike was carried out by approximately 15 fighter jets, launching about 10 precision missiles in a matter of seconds, targeting only one specific objective. Aerial refueling was also carried out during the operation, and all participating pilots have safely returned to Israel.
